Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (”Terms”) govern your access to and use of the cntrlF mobile application (”App”) provided by Yauheni Mokhan. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  1. Licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
  1. Restrictions: You may not:
    1. modify, adapt, or hack the App;
    1. attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its related systems or networks;
    1. use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
    1. engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the App.

2. Privacy

  1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

3. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: The App and its content are owned by the Yauheni Mokhan and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  1. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Covering Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.

6. Changes to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. You continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the terms.
